Cutting Edge Fitness
At STUDIO 82, our fitness patrons custom design their fitness workout with our all-inclusive program. Members are not locked into one particular class, or time, and can vary their program from week to week and month to month.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
A TO Z OVERHAUL
26 Individual timed exercises, done in interval form. This class works every part of your body! Involves cardio, weights, and core.
BACK TO BASICS WEIGHTS
A total body sculpting, head to toe, workout.
BARRE INTENSITY
Combines attributes of Pilates, Barre movements (without the ballet barre), and Functional Fitness Training. Incorporates small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates the upper and lower body to make every minute count. Your own personal mat is needed.
CARDIO AND STRENGTH
A variety of cardio, core, power, and strength to start the week off right.
INTERVAL WORKOUT
This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance, and clear your mind before you start your busy day!
SPIN
This 45-minute stationary cycling class will accommodate all levels of exercisers, from the beginner to the elite athlete. With the music pumping, your instructor will guide you through a ride that will leave you feeling both invigorated and exhausted at the same time.
SPIN, CORE, and STRENGTH
Spinning (see above) with the added punch of weights and core work. Hour-long class.
