The Jazz Energy Dance Company

The Jazz Energy Dancers have been in existence for over 35 years. This group has developed a reputation as one of Northeast Ohio’s most recognizable dance groups. The group is comprised of dancers who have excelled to a pre-professional level of dance and have aspirations of taking it to the next level. These girls are committed to challenge themselves and make dance a priority in their lives. Over the years, these girls have not only achieved highest honors in the competitive circle, but locally, they are regular entertainment for the CAVS, Race for the Cure, the March of Dimes, the MS Walk, the Cleveland RiteAid Marathon, the Winter Walk for Epilepsy, as well as many large benefits and events in the area. Many of these girls go on to join collegiate dance programs, perform as a part of college dance teams, and dance professionally.

This month Jazz Energy will travel to NYC to take class and experience what it is like to be a dancer in NYC, as well as see the sights and a Broadway Show. This has always been a very special trip, as the dancers get to share their passion in this great dance city and many have gone on to make it their home.
