The GET FIT CHALLENGE will be a 6-week challenge that will test your physical strengths. The challenge will start with a fitness assessment that will consist of a timed plank test, a 1-minute sit-up test, a sit and reach flexibility test, and a step test. An optional calculated BMI can also be done.
Every week a new challenge will be given for an exercise to be done in a pyramid method. Doing these exercises and attending more classes will help make the greatest changes and YOU the WINNER!
